Nestled in the breathtaking valley of Eden, Utah, New World Distillery has been crafting exquisite spirits since our inception in December 2016. Founded by the adventurous spirit of Chris Cross, a former Navy Pilot with a penchant for distillation, and the imaginative soul of Ashley Cross, an English teacher with a vision, New World Distillery represents a journey of discovery, innovation, and a deep appreciation for the art of distillation.
Chris, once a backyard distiller, honed his skills with precision and passion, bringing the meticulous attention to detail required in the cockpit to the distillery. Ashley, with her literary background, infused our brand with a narrative that speaks to the heart of what we do—creating not just spirits, but stories in every bottle.
