Distilled spirits are generally considered to be gluten-free, even if they are made from gluten-containing grains like wheat, barley, or rye. The distillation process is designed to separate alcohol from the mash mixture, and when done properly, it will remove the gluten proteins.

Excellent question! The absolute BEST thing you can do is ASK. Stores can place orders from the state warehouse if a demand is present. The more people that ask the better!
